·         Enact Energy help with grants for loft and cavity wall insulation if you are in receipt of benefit or over 70    years old.

Use Less Energy
Careful management of your home energy usage can save between 15-20% of your energy bills. See how much you can save by:

·         Turning down the thermostat

·         Wearing warm cloths

·         Turning lights off as you leave the room

·         Using energy saving light bulbs

·         Defrosting the freezer and checking its temperature

·         Don’t leave electrical goods on stand by

The "Great Expectations" Charter

Ebico think that consumers have, for too long, been getting a raw deal at the hands of their energy suppliers and we want to do something about it!

Over the next few weeks, we’re running a campaign powered by you - the customer - that will give you a say as to how you expect to be treated by your energy supplier.

Based on your responses, we will create an ambitious charter of expectations, ready to take to Number 10 to challenge existing energy industry practices.
